Want to learn how to be one of the most successful players and coaches ever?
Kevin Sheedy is a man who's done more in football than I've had hot dinners. An VFL/AFL record of 929 games as a player and coach with Essendon Football Club and Richmond Football Club, seven premierships, AFL Hall of Fame inductee in 2008 and AFL legend status in 2018 and that's only some of it.
Sheeds discussed some of his coaching methods that he used throughout his illustrious coaching career, the challenges of coaching the GWS Giants in the first three seasons, which famous celebrities left him 'starstruck' plus much more.
He has a new book out called 'Icons of Sport', you can buy the book at all your local book stores and online. Thanks so much to Brendan Fredericks for arranging the chat, Sheeds for his time, to my epic voiceover guy Matt Conlan and the team at PodBooth for a fantastic job of putting the video together.
Finally thanks to our partners, Anytime Fitness Glenelg, Renelec Electrical Services and Bet Odyssey.

Jacqui Louder is one of the most revered Sports Psychologists in Australia, working as the lead support for both Melbourne Storm & Collingwood FC. This was genuinely one of the most fascinating conversations I have had on the podcast as we discussed mental health in the elite athlete, Covid impact on society and why people forget to train their brain as much as their body. This is a podcast I highly recommend for everyone to check out as it is filled with pearls of wisdom. Hit that like and subscribe button & we hope you enjoy it!

You’re practical, well, somewhat. Your partner is not, at least not as much as you’d like.
If opposites attract, why are you driving each other crazy and how is it you’re not able to connect when it comes to your thinking.
In this episode, host Kate Mason looks at Sensing and Intuition. Depending on which category you fall under, will also depend on how you view the world.
The question is, how do you ensure you’re in tune with the “other person’s views”, even though you may never really agree?

It was a great pleasure to recently chat with Jett, the son of Lisa Curry and Grant Kenny.
We spoke about the influence that his parents have had on Jett's career so far.
We also discussed Jett's recent experience on reality television show, SAS Australia on 7 and how the lack of hearty meals made it tough for him.
Jett also opened about the tragic loss of his sister Jaimi in late 2020 and how this tragedy had made the family closer.
Thanks so much to Jett for his time, to PodBooth for a fantastic job of filming and editing the video again.

With the 'race that stops the nation' tomorrow, it was a huge honor to chat with racing expert, Terry McAuliffe, on Legends with Bevo recently.

The reality is, many of the things you found attractive in your partner in the first phase of love...don’t last. The work begins in the next stage of the relationship. That’s how it works.
In this episode of Personalities, Partners and Parenting, host Kate Mason says that depending on your energy, your outlook, even your approach, your next steps will vary. It all comes down to one question: Are you an extrovert or an introvert?
