It was a great chat recently with Dr Lane Hinchcliffe on Legends with Bevo.
We discussed some hilarious stories about his medical career, Dr Lane's passion for youth mental health and his upcoming show at this year’s Adelaide Fringe called "Prepping for Theatre."

We are back for a big 2022 and we went bang! on our first episode. This week I am joined by Melbourne Storm legends Ryan Papenhuyzen, Jahrome Hughes, Kenny Bromwich and past player Sandor Earl. We discuss footy, crypto and the crazy whirlwind of the NFT space. This was a super insightful discussion as the boys on the show have just released their first NFT collectively which sold out in 15 minutes from going live. Dead Diamond Society NFT is a vibe and so was this podcast. Hope you enjoy and if you do, don't forget to hit that subscribe button or leave a review!

It can happen so easily. You have something in mind… whether it’s an event, an interaction or even leaving simple, like instructions for someone to follow. But when the result isn’t what you expect, then resentment can easily follow. It happens, right? In this episode of Personalities, Parenting and Partners, Host Kate Mason offers easy, effective, and memorable tips on how to reduce resentment when we explore the world of expectations.

In part two of our chat, Isabella Rositano talks about why the late great Muhammad Ali was an idol of hers, being up close and personal to another idol of hers Ant Middleton on SAS Australia on 7 Hell Week and why trying to make the Olympics can take a huge mental toll on an athlete.
Thanks so much to Izzy for her time and to the team at PodBooth for putting this great video together.

What a way to kick off 2022 with an interview that was so good we had to make it two parts!
Isabella Rositano is one incredibly driven lady, we saw her toughness last year as #11 on SAS Australia Hell Week, she is also a rapper, has been on Australian Ninja Warrior a couple of times and was extremely close to making it to Tokyo 2020 in the sport of canoeing.
In part number one, Izzy talks about what it was like to get naked in front of complete strangers on SAS Hell Week, her passion for being a rapper and Izzy tells a classic story of how she got on stage with her biggest idol, the one and only Snoop Dogg.
Thanks so much to Izzy for her time and to the team at PodBooth for putting this great video together.

Is there a right way and wrong way of dealing with conflict? What do you think? Of course there is.
The problem with dealing with conflict is you’re likely in conflict when dealing with it. How’s that for chasing your tail? No matter how hard we try to avoid it or welcome it with open arms, conflict is part of life, right?
In this episode of Personalities, Parenting and Partners host Kate Mason talks about the importance of awareness of personality type differences, especially in conflict. And how to try to avoid the conflict that escalates and creates rifts in relationships.

But your partner is as detailed as an architect’s drawing. Everything daily chore meticulously managed and mapped out.
In this episode of Personalities, Parenting and Partners host Kate Mason looks through the lens of J and P…. judging and perception. And explains how the two can not only survive, but thrive!

I've had a lot of conversations in sport but none more meaningful than this one - thankyou to The PFA for allowing us to share this on our platform from our other podcast 'Footballer's Voice'. Rebekah Stott is a 28 year old footballer who plays for Melbourne City and the New Zealand National Team, playing at both the Olympic Games and World Cup. Rebekah's life took a little turn over 18 months ago when she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin's Lymphoma after noticing a lump in her neck whilst playing in the UK for Brighton & Hove Albion. Now cancer free and back playing football, Rebekah talks about the remarkable journey she has been on which exemplifies bravery and outstanding positivity which makes this inspiring for all of us. Hope you enjoy our final episode for 2021 xx

We continue our discussion about a topic that’s worthy of a closer look. The fact is, if you and your partner want to take your relationship to a level that’s lasting, you need to know the languages of love, and what language each other speaks.
In this episode of Personalities, Partners and Parenting, host Kate Mason continues her talk with Karen Tui Boyes. Together, they explore the skills in how to use the languages of love to the best of your ability.
