  • How Do We Behave When Adversity Strikes?

    Grace under pressure.
What a skill to have.  Some people have it, many don't.
When life throws you a curve how do you respond?  Stress impacts us all differently. And stress, handled the wrong way, is difficult and in some cases, dangerous.

In this episode of Personalities Parenting and Partners, host Kate Mason discusses how to navigate life's landmines, without lasting or devastating repercussions.
Remember, it's a skill, and just like any other skill, it needs to be refined, reworked and sometimes reinvented.

  • Do You Have a Book in You?

We ALL have a story to tell.
We all have a story in us.  Our story.
But, putting pen to paper, or really, putting fingertips to keyboard, isn't easy. In fact, it's work.
That said, crafting a manuscript can be one of the most rewarding things you could ever do.

In this episode of Personalities, Parenting and Partners, host Kate Mason introduces us to Kelly Irving. She takes listeners on a journey of life, laughs and the written word. And how to manage your manuscript.
