Professor Leonie Callaway who is the Co Chair of Queensland Maternal and Perinatal Quality Council of Queensland Health, Leonie is also the Executive Director of Women’s and Children’s Stream, Director of Research at Women’s and New Born Services at Royal Brisbane Womens Health and a Doctor Pre-eminent General and Obstetric Physician.

Althea is the founder and National Director of WIDAC, Women in Design and Construction. Althea identified a gap in the market for Women within her industry to connect and create a sense of belonging in a male dominated industry.

Josephine and her husband Tony established Buildcorp in 1990. Josephine is on several private, public and Non for profit boards including the Growth Point Properties, Australian Museum, Green Building Council of Australia Buildcorp Foundation, Australian Sports Commission and PCA. 

Josephine received a order of Australia in 2017 and in 2019 received a Honorary Fellow of the University of Sydney.

David Ross is the design director at Keppie Design. Based in Scotland David has helped lead multiple health projects in Europe and the world with a strong emphasis on sustainability and the need to understand patient needs. 

After working in the industry for over 35 years, David's understanding of the industry is paramount to help shape the future of health design. 

Stuart Turk who is a qualified Critical Care Register Nurse who has been involved in the design, delivery and planning of health projects in Australia for over 25 years. 

Stuart is a Clinical Health Planner at Silver Thomas Hanley and currently been presenting his latest research into the importance of person centred design. 

Matthew Manos is the founder of Very Nice which has been operating for almost 15 years. 

Very Nice is a design strategy practice that specialises in brand strategy, experience design and strategic foresight. 

Matthew is a assistant professor of design strategy in University of Southern California and brings a unique view into the world of health design.

For over 35 years Warren Kerr has specialised in the planning and design of healthcare facilities undertaking projects which have ranged in value from $500,000 to $2 billion. 

With formal qualifications in architecture as well as health administration and project facilitation, he is uniquely qualified to undertake the planning and design of major health facilities.
