In recent years, we've seen TONs of trends for productivity hacks and routines, such as "Monday Hour One," which is a time-blocking system designed to help people be more productive. However, some I argue that these tricks can actually be damaging rather than helpful. Listening to your natural rhythm and Human Design is actually a better, more productive use of your time. This means paying attention to when you feel most energized and focused, and scheduling your work accordingly. It also means being mindful of your own limitations and taking breaks when you need them, rather than pushing yourself to the point of burnout. On the positive side, jealousy can be a good motivator, as it can make people work towards achieving a certain goal. It can also provide us with clues to what we truly want and can empower us to achieve our goals. Depending on the context, jealousy may be making us aware of a potential loss, alerting us to unacknowledged desires or unmet wants or needs. Jealousy can also be helpful, informative, and educational, depending on what we do with it. Jealousy can show us exactly what we're craving in our own life and can shine a light on the path we need to travel. However, it is important to note that jealousy can also be unhealthy and lead to negative outcomes if it fuels damaging behavior, such as violence, controlling, or manipulative behavior. It is important to understand and manage jealousy in a healthy way - and in this mini-sode, Brenna shares how you can do just that.
