Pets hold a special place in our hearts.  They lift us up when we're down and lift us even higher when we're doing alright.  They show us what is really important: food, water, naps, a few snuggles and maybe scratching that one spot that makes your leg shake for joy.

But pets are living, breathing and loving creatures and living creatures can get sick, just like us.  This is especially challenging with a pet that doesn't have a great way of expressing all that they are feeling in regards to their health.

And one that we do every single day is we work with families throughout Wisconsin and even some other states that come to Madison, Wisconsin for veterinary oncology Czars. Because their pet, their dog or cat has been diagnosed with cancer. And what we do is we help The navigate through that journey. Because when you first hear the words, your dog or your cat has cancer, it's kinda like you get a glazed look over your face, your your throat sinks down into your stomach, and you have a thousand questions and not a lot of answers.

James, if I were to give you an ax and ask you to chop down a small tree and you'd never chop down a tree before, before you In, I would say, how long do you think this is gonna take? And let's say you'd never used an ax before. I and you'd say, I have no idea. And I'm like, you have to make a guess. So you would make a guess, and then you start chopping. And I would let you chop for a minute, and then I'd ask you to stop. And I'd say, okay. Revise your guess. And so you would revise it.

Action Jackson - Jackson's Yard Care

On the Importance of Taking a Step Back to Take Leaps Forward: "I had to take a break to find myself. Right? I had to do some soul digging and figure out what I'm on this earth to do."

In my experience, there are two honest ways almost guaranteeing you can practically print money: 1) Clean buildings, like houses, or 2) Take care of lawns.  Because dirt and grass don't care how they economy is going and people need help keeping things tidy and clipped.

On top of building his yard care empire, Action took things a step, or leap, further by starting a training program for those that want to be in the yard care business.  He has systematized this training and in the very first year that he started this, he gave 19 people new employment and made three entrepreneurs.  The man is a business building machine that helps others grow as well.
