Beliefs.... POWERFUL tools that we can use to create movement towards our growth, and goals in life.... But as with ALL tools, they CAN be used in a way that undermines their very purpose, or even destroys their purpose.
SO.... this week we are looking at beliefs. And, specifically I am going to break down the difference between 2 types of beliefs. One of which will serve you to take action, grow, and become unstoppable in your life. The other will keep you feeling stuck, and disempowered.
Rigid Beliefs vs. Uncompromising beliefs.... What are they? What are the differences between the two? How can you tell which beliefs you have? Which one do we want to create more of?.... I answer all of these questions and more in this week's episode.
