There is a common reason why so many people (especially us millennials) get this feeling of overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, and distracted when it comes to our goals.
It is not because something is wrong with us. It is not because we are lazy, or lack work ethic. It has A LOT to do with some BS (belief system) stories we have been fed that have led us to take on lives we are not designed to thrive in.
