We all have parts of our past that feel like a waste or weight us down presently.  I'm sure this pod will spark a flashback of something that happened last week, last year or the last era of your life.  There are ways to shift the frame and make these waste of time or things that weigh you down worthwhile.  

Have you ever asked yourself why is htis person so judgmental? Or why does this person speak so badly of their friends?  The next question should be, oh wow I wonder what they think of themselves.  Most times, people treat others how they treat themselves.  when you encourter some who is a tad bit too savage or a wee bit critical of you just imagine how they are treating themselves 'in kind'
