Today we discuss the elements of looking at all sides of a project, goal or objective from all possible angles. It is ok to disagree. Yes, I said it! Conflict resolution allows us all to see someone else's point of view while learning to get over ourselves (Yes, we harken back to this).  Ultimately, we want to gain an understanding that us disagreeing is just that, us disagreeing on this one topic at hand. Let us talk about growth, maturity, and learning how to come to resolutions while maintaining healthy relationships. Disagreeing does not have to lead to dislike and hate.  We may simply disagree and move on!

Get over yourSELF! Get over ourselves.  Get over us.  This means taking full responsibility for all aspects of self.  All 100% of you… the good, the bad, the ugly and the indifferent.  Getting over self allows us to own our mistakes, apologize, fix all things, and most importantly move the “h” on!

 Today, we talk about the true components of this process and how we can do this with grace, dignity and respect for others and ourselves; along with the results we may expect from this process.

 The beginning of peace and harmony often begins with getting over ourselves. Stop taking ourselves so seriously, relax and look at the big picture.  It typically is never as much of a big deal as we make it out to be.
