Welcome to episode 16. Talking all things startup, sustainable swimwear, and small business growth.
Creative Director & Owner Bek, takes on a sustainable and ethical practice with her brand Salty Swimwear. The brand takes pride and leadership in maintaining high standards of recycled materials, environmentally friendly packaging, and assuring all production is ethically correct.
Bek would always have her bikinis handmade in Bali whenever she was on holidays, friends, family, and strangers were loving her unique pieces and wanting a pair of their own. So Salty Swimwear was born in 2014.
Salty’s full production process is still running from Bali, Indonesia. With every garment being handmade from recycled materials and by the man who first made Bek’s personal pieces. Bek is about to expand her offerings with a beautiful store in Currumbin, QLD - Salty Collective.
