Professional wrestling is a form of entertainment that combines athleticism, storytelling, and choreographed physical combat. Professional wrestling characters can be an extension of a performer's true self, while also pushing boundaries and exaggerating traits to create larger-than-life personas. At the heart of it, these characters are built on authenticity, even if it's a heightened or exaggerated version of who they are.

Finding our true selves—whether in the ring or in life—really is key to living our best lives. Authenticity allows us to connect with others and to pursue what truly resonates with us. Just like a wrestler who knows their character inside and out, being self-aware and honest with ourselves helps us show up more fully in the world.
