Autism Dad and entrepreneur, Thorkil Sonne created Specialisterne, a company that is changing the way the world looks at Autism. After his son was diagnosed with Autism, Thorkil realized that in helping his son he also needed to get the world to shift their perception of Autism. In doing so, he is changing one of the most challenging aspects of Autism for adults: Employability. Mr. Sonne is helping corporations identify skills they need in their employees that are specifically abundant in the Autism community, then he systematically educates the individuals with ASD to be able to master the components of the job they may be deficient in.
