Learn how to modify existing Mixamo animations directly inside of Unity using a single paid asset: UMotion Pro. It's a must have. I don't have an affiliate link - it's just the plugin you want to use, trust me. I've tried all the rest including Animation Rigging Package and Puppet 3D and I have suffered for it and lost so much time.
