Singer and musician, Gram Parsons, died of drug toxicity at a California motel at only 26. Parsons was one of the great, lost talents of rock music - combining country, folk and rock to create his own original sound. During his short life, he became almost as famous for his drug and alcohol consumption as he was for his music.
