The documentary is original and disturbing as it was made using two years worth of pieced together police body camera footage. Judith Ann Neelley’s story is one of the darkest chapters in Southern criminal history. In 1982, at just eighteen, she and her husband Alvin carried out a series of kidnappings and assaults that escalated into the murder of Lisa Ann Millican—crimes so brutal investigators struggled to understand the violence behind them.
