Note: This episode is inspired by a meditation I did a couple days ago on an audio work out and fitness app called active. The meditation was about a topic I'd never heard of until that moment: Compassion fatigue. this is the subject that I want to discuss today.

In this episode, I will be explaining what this is, and how we can employ some self-care to help us heal and get through this. This is very real. It does exist. Many of you have probably experienced it in your lives, and I’ve never known it until now , but I am here to help you find ways to get through this.
