Never have I thought I would have had this conversation with someone like Mickey. I used to think that Mickey actually didn't like me but there was actually something else going on in her mind. She talks about how she got panic attacks before going to the gym. 

She talks about how she used to walk with her head down to now walking on the treadmill singing her heart out and not caring about other people. The balance of good and bad is needed in your life to strive to be better is what I get out of this conversation.

My guy Ethan comes from a place where he thought he was going through depression. The happy man that he is, explains how he actually left a place where he was not happy.

He is one of the most joyful to be around regardless of what he is going through in his life. We also shared a lot of memories of playing rugby league in our teen years and we talked about just running it straight and not caring about the opposition.

Life is a formula that we're all trying to figure out. Ryan is a man that approaches every day that tries to solve this formula. Do we have actually already have the answers in front of us? Do we have it all?

I have personally been through so much with this guy (ups and downs) and we talk about how is it that we somehow find a way to be on the same wavelength regardless of how long we have seen each other.
