Hi-diddly- ho Neighborino! 

This episode of Avoidance Issues covers some fun SAY IT ANYWAY talk, but most importantly, you learn about my jacked neighbor who yells too much :-)

I didn't think it would happen, but it did! 

I successfully made excuses, avoided recording the second ever episode, and had to record it the following day!

I think that puts us at 1 in the win column for getting it done, and 1 in the avoidance column for putting it off.

AVOIDANCE ISSUES, with host comedian Adam Grabowski, is 5 years in the making ...because it took me that long to actually upload an episode!

The first, never-released series began in 2015 with guests from the entertainment world. Then again in 2016, dozens of unpublished daily recordings were created to keep myself out of my own head! This podcast follows two mantras: SAY IT ANYWAY & First Thought, Best Thought. These core beliefs keep the podcast genuine, raw, and unscripted.
