Today we discuss the idea of normalization, covering topics from public breast feeding to the language we use.  Marlena and Tina touch on the idea of "bettering yourself" and the expectations we put on one another that could potentially do more harm than good. 

Marlena and Tina are back from vacation and it's time to catch up and share how we are continuing to adapt to this new normal.  We talk cocktails, socializing, the nodes of the moon (that sounds dirty!), and Tina shares some big news she's really proud of.  

Today we chat about how eclipses bring us surprises we wouldn't necessarily ask for, but end up helping us out. Marlena shares her experiences with these eclipses in the sign of Cancer over the past two years. 

We will forever be changed - hopefully in a positive way - to move forward and keep fighting the good fight to ensure equality for all.  The events of today fuel the conversations of tomorrow, but are they getting too real for some?  Can mature adults actually have a heavy and heated discourse with a constructive result?  The answer is yes, if you want to!  Tina and Marlena continue conversations around the BLM protests, Covid-19 and what it could mean for education, the wellness community, and finally easing into safe socializing with close friends and family.
