This week wine writer Anders Melldén is joining me since we will be focusing on wine. Our guest is wine legend Ken Forrester in South Africa. Ken is famous for his solid work with the grape Chenin Blanc. His nickname in the industry is Mr Chenin, and his wine was served at Nelson Mandela's 85th birthday. We talk about three of his famous wines, the history of Stellenbosch, his vineyard Zandberg dated back to 1689, food and wine pairings and of course Chenin Blanc.
