She plays the stepmother of a teen who goes to live with her estranged father in South Africa and discovers that her stepmom (played by Horn) works for the CIA.

In addition to a successful acting career, the actress is also a coach to fellow actors. She is a dog mom and traveled to South Africa to shoot the series.
