This podcast is geared towards those of us who have lived through dysfunctional upbringings, unspeakable traumas, devastating losses, addictions, mental health issues, and perhaps even justice involvement, and are trying to pick up the pieces of their lives.  This is about healing and finding peace in the process.  This is a personal account of my own journey and the details may be triggering and sensitive for some listeners.  It is not intended for children under 16, and parents should listen with their older children in the event that they have questions about the content afterwards, or want to discuss.  Thank you for taking the time to listen to my story.
