Honestly, this is an episode I was nervous to share because I open up about experiences and challenges that very few women outside of my Balanced Woman community, even my closest friends and family members, know very much about. I offer it to you now because I recognize that part of me becoming a mother is leaving my shame, guilt, and fear in the past where it belongs so that my joy, gratitude, and strength can expand and flourish. 

Fertility and being ready for pregnancy, birth, and motherhood is such a deeply personal journey that goes far beyond healing and strengthening our bodies with the proper foods, movements, and practices. It also requires us to delve into dimensions of our emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing in order consciously to embody the woman who can handle and embrace this new identity. 

I hope this episode resonates and I’d LOVE to connect and support you in your own fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum journey as I have hundreds of other phenomenal women.

My apprentice Michelle is the definition of a powerhouse - she is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, passionate, and commanding. Like many women who are natural born leaders, she is devoted to being of service to the greater good. I just got back from spending 3 weeks with my family which has me reflecting on just how far our relationships have come. Don’t get me wrong, they are wonderful, supportive, and beautiful people but just like any other family, we are far from perfect. 

In this episode I share how I healed old wounds, sensitivities and triggers, and finally learned how to love and accept myself without relying on anyone else’s validation.

Difficulty falling asleep and/or staying asleep is one of the most common concerns clients share with me. High quality sleep is the single most important factor when it comes to healing because our body needs this time to cleanse, repair, organize, and mend our body, mind, and spirit. 

I created this simple, yet powerful sleep meditation for one of my private clients and she loved it SO much that I felt called to share it with all of you.
