In this episode David shares a story.  Early in his career someone told him "no matter what you do, give it your all.  It's not for your employer...it's for you.  You need to have satisfaction you gave it your all.  It's how you grow."  There will be times you are going to have a job you don't enjoy, a boss you don't like, etc. but putting maximum effort is what makes you a "professional." You never know who's watching and may give you the next opportunity in your career.  Be at your best.
