Complaining you are not hearing God when you are not in the word is like complaining that you are not getting text messages when your cell phone is off. But we have to have His voice in our lives! 2 Timothy 3:16 says, “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.” God gave us His word as a tool and encouragement for us to hear His voice and engage with Him! We need to commit to being into the word and interacting with it!
