Ever wonder why your body reacts the way it does?
Your nervous system is speaking all day long!....most of us were never taught how to listen.
This short clip explains what a Nervous System Mapping Assessment is and why it can be a powerful first step toward clarity, regulation, and real inner steadiness. If you’ve been craving a deeper understanding of YOU, start here.
Nervous System Mapping Assessment | Somatic Stillness Haven
In this episode, I explore the origins of the over‑functioningwound—the childhood roots, the nervous‑system patterns, and the ways the body learns to carry what was never meant to be held alone. I share pieces of my own story as the child who held everything together, and the woman still unlearningthat weight. We soften into a gentle somatic practice to meet the shoulders, traps, and tender places that have been working overtime for far too long.

In this episode, we explore the gentle yet powerful difference between traditional meditation and somatic meditation. You’ll learn why mind‑focused practices can feel challenging for stressed or activated nervous systems, and how somatic meditation offers a more body‑led, compassionate path inward.
After a brief explanation, you’ll be guided through a 10‑minute somatic meditation designed to help you soften, listen, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. This practice invites presence, not perfection; and supports you in meeting our body with curiosity, warmth, and safety.

Through mindful awareness and vivid root visualization, you'll cultivate a deep sense of grounding, calm, and inner strength. Perfect for beginning your day, resetting your energy, or returning to center.
Come home to yourself—rooted, supported, and radiant.
Through this short meditation, you rest in openness, feeling your breath becoming part of your body as you create true awareness receiving whatever arises.
The internal repetition of the mantra " I am here, I love you" (while you say your name) allows you to mindfully observe sensations in your body and connect to them. Cultivating an intention of self-love and openness, while creating a mental state that recognizes whatever is present. As you move on with your day, keep with you this state of self-awareness!
Sound bath meditation is said to bring the brain into a theta wave state. The theta state is typically a much more relaxed state and the one we need to find to induce relaxation. When we step away for a short period of time and engage in activities such as meditation, we normally find ourselves coming back more focused!
Enjoy this short sound bath meditation for Chakra 5 (throat) and Chakra 6 (third eye). Close your eyes, listen, breathe and relax.
