i also talk about morning routines & share a framework of how you can create your own. this is something that i have been practising for years & it has made such a big difference in my day, every day. having a magical morning feels so good for body, mind & soul, and just sets you up for an amazing day ahead. i highly recommend this, even if you're not a morning person. actually, especially if you're not a morning person! you can customise it & make it as short as you like, and still feel the benefits.

But I've had to overcome a lot to get to this place.
