Awakening has many forms and flavours. Trina Joy Lucas shares her story about awakening to spirit guides. She was born into a family of psychic healers, studied Chinese and Western medicine and went through her own intense health problem — all that led her to become a Psychic Spiritual Healer, Medical Intuitive and Educator who has been in clinical practice for over 26 years.

Helen Amery is a nondual guide and author, supporting others on their awakening and enlightenment journey.
