What has a practice of self forgiveness and letting go got to do with awakening? 

Joey Lott had a profound awakening experience, which was followed by depression and a dark time for six years. He shares his story of how he realised that there was nothing wrong with his experience and that self-forgiveness and letting go is a practice that makes a huge difference. Awakening is a process and the more you let go of tensions, contraction and old energies, the lighter and more playful your experince becomes.

Joey Lott is a fresh and well-respected voice, and he has been described as "a real treasure".

He draws upon his own experiences and struggles, writing and sharing with a touch of authenticity and sincerity that is rare. He also draws upon a wealth of experience communicating with tens of thousands of people by phone and email to understand the struggles of others.

He is an author of many books and a YouTube creator, and he works in person and in groups.

Meet Abbie Westgate. In this episode, Abbie shares her awakening story and the tools she used for healing from the past. John Troy is a legend. We talked about awakening, non-duality, Nirvilkalpa Samadhi, synchronicity, interesting people he met and experiences he had. John had his first awakening experience at the age of thirty, fifty years ago, way before the internet and today he shares what it was like for him.
