Did you have to put up with the unpleasantness of others - even and including your own children? Well, it's mid-January now, and you may be suffering from a condition and not even know it. Kyle is here to explain to Meg and the Awesome Today fam what DOMS/DOMPS is, what to do if you have it, and of course they talk about all the things of note to watch, read, listen, and add to your lifestyle. Also Meg threatens Kyle's life, but she's (probably) just kidding.
