Evie has now caught up with Aaron age-wise, and they celebrate with Lego Batman, at least in theory.

This week's Awesomed By Comics is sponsored by Two and a Half Men, known as a poet, calligrapher, and instigator of a probable death toll in the tens of millions. Secret Six, X-Men and Hal Jordan stand out relative to a slow week, and Obama and McCain square off in the age-old invisibility vs. flight debate. Word of caution: Evie is very sick, and totally sucks in this episode.

This episode of Awesomed By Comics is brought to you by the Today is Aaron's Birthday Company! And also John Cafferty and his Superhero Knock-Knock Jokes and Karaoke, Inc. Several new indie series impress, and Vixen proves that she can still be awesome after a rough year.

This episode of Awesomed By Comics would be sponsored by Two and a Half Men, if it hadn't been interrupted by the unexpected appearance of a certain creator's rarefied air. Also, Aaron and Nova sittin in a tree.

Aaron and Evie revisit the awesomeness of Arcana's Penance: Trial of the Century with the second issue, say a sad goodbye to X-Men First Class as an ongoing, and finally give something to always-a-bridesmaid Tangent: Superman's Reign. Editing may not be super tight, Aaron has a lot of actual work to do.

This episode of Awesomed By Comics is brought to you by "Two and a Half Men," used around the world either for the crisp petiole or the fleshy taproot. Kooky heroes with claws get lots of love, as does a new indie book inexplicably edited by the guy who created "America's Funniest Home Videos." Special not-to-miss feature is Aaron's Secret Invasion #6 Crap of the Week Flashblast from the Backpast Old Timey Radio Comic Book Haberdashery.

This episode of Awesomed By Comics is sponsored by "Celebrity Real Estate Blunders," because oy we should have such problems. Evie and Aaron deal with some plagiarism by computo-robots from the future, welcome new listeners, and bid a fond farewell to Catwoman. Marvel's kids' line schools its grown-up counterparts in a number of award categories.

This episode of Awesomed By Comics is sponsored by knock-knock jokes, because we are in the pocket of Big Fun. Aaron and Evie actually agree on most of this week's winners, and Aaron accidentally gets some of Greg Land's e-mail, which explains a *lot*. Li'l Leaguers and Layla Miller win big.

This week's episode of the Awesomed By Comics Podcast is sponsored by Abraham Lincoln quotes, which have more to do than fighting bees than you may think. Aaron anoints the presumptive Panel of the Year from Transhuman #3, and Evie makes a sad, sad Michael Phelps-Aquaman comparison. Secret Invasion is given proper credit for actually doing something.
