Hey Awks fam! 

With hashtags like #howharddidaginghityou and the #10yearchallenge on the rise, Bianca and Hannah took to the mic to reflect on how far they have come, literally. In this episode we discuss social dynamics that stem from our most formative days, that's right we're taking it back to middle school aka junior high, aka intermediate school aka when we had no idea who we were and what we we're doing. We discuss whether or not we assumed the role of the leader or the follower and why we felt led to either role. Lastly, we reflect on how some of our awkward middle school experiences led to the awkward decisions we're making now. In a world where influencing is a source of income you can use to file your taxes, and fake news is not as discernible as we'd like we're getting into the nitty gritty of how what we're double tapping on taps into our real life #fyrefest.

Hey lovelies! We're back with episode 7, the number of perfection. Ironically, this episode is about anything but perfection. This week we're getting into all things awkward and painful surrounding burnout. In a world that praises non-stop work and where mindfulness seems more like an abstract concept rather than something we can all achieve, or where self-care seems to only achieved at the expense of your pockets, Hannah and Bianca struggle to figure it out. We get into the nitty gritty of some of our lowest moments thus far, the mishaps we've experienced and how we've attempted to remedy our awkward challenges and been scammed.  Let us know if you've experienced burnout and how you've navigated it!
