In this episode, we'll be discussing homelessness in Los Angeles, mental health, and how to deal with anxiety.

Homelessness is a major issue in Los Angeles, with an estimated 60,000 people experiencing homelessness on any given night. We'll be discussing the causes of homelessness, including poverty, unemployment, and mental illness, and what we can do as a community to help those who are affected.

We'll also be talking about mental health, which is closely linked to homelessness. Many people who experience homelessness also struggle with mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety. We'll be discussing the challenges that these individuals face and what resources are available to help them.

Finally, we'll be discussing how to deal with anxiety, which is a common mental health issue that affects many people. We'll be sharing our personal experiences with anxiety and discussing strategies for coping with it, such as mindfulness and exercise.

Join us for a thought-provoking discussion about some of the most pressing issues facing our society today. We hope that this episode will help to raise awareness about these important topics and inspire listeners to take action in their communities.
