I feel relief and no pulling in my body. Was the tongue pull it? I can develop my own program now that I can feel my body. I can’t turn back now.

Who would’ve thought you could get rid of pain through the tongue? My jaw and neck were so tight. It hurt to swallow.

I am steadily moving forward. I think. Trusting my gut and heading towards a maintenance program for myself. One of these people offering programs understood that I couldn’t afford to sign up for their program, but wished me great success and hoped I had a wonderful group of professionals around me. Sadly, I haven’t always. That is why I advocate for learning your body and knowing what you need so you can find the person that will listen to you. At least that’s my goal.

My guess is I haven’t respected my body lately. I may no longer be 14 and carefree. Even weighted down with my own thoughts. I CAN STILL BE HAPPY!!!
