I lost more time. Am I going back or is this still improving?

I made two trips and there was no reason for the second one to have been needed. But you know how unpredictable an EDS body can be.

How did something that wasn’t visible or detectable via any test take a week from me? My day didn’t go as planned. But I made it!;)

Scrolling thumb? My son in the next room texted me a 3pm wake up call? Oh! And hold in that corset muscle. Poor posture kills your body!!! Don’t you want to breathe? (Me alone with my own thoughts;)

I finally conquered my medical bills and it only took me 6 1/2 hours. I didn’t pay them. But I called everyone to tell them I was still alive and still planned on paying :) I understand how even a dollar can be too much.

Fascia is everywhere. When you work one area when you have a connective tissue issue, it makes another area more prominent. That means it exacerbates the pain in an area that perhaps you didn’t have before. We need to work on ourFascia differently.

We all have it in our bodies. Are all affected by it. It’s the biggest of the other ones in our bodies. Trauma and accidents can make it worse. You don’t have to have EDS to join me.
