Today. I could finally see and feel what was happening to my body. Years of pulling and stretching and tightening! And that was from the inside!

Retraining my body. My body has a mind of its own. But I feel more in control.

We are not this illness. Take control. You can still have dreams and they can come true.

It’s happening!! I think I’m improving and it scares me. But it’s happening!

Desperate to see a productive individual in myself. I am so impressed how others learn new things. Take on hobbies while battling EDS. It’s hard not to feel worthless.

The blasting challenge has started. It’s time to get 2025 off to a fantastic start! 💙
