Looking at where I was and looking at where I’m going. Changes day to day.

A day of Thanksgiving prep was a grateful experience. Traditions can continue even with EDS

This season I am in a way different place. Progress is being made but I am still questioning;)

Getting back into my rhythm after the setback. Moving forward with the website and creating a community.

I was out of alignment. I am learning my body.

My body is crying to get out and live. My head and Atlas have other thoughts.

Just when you think you are good. Do more and don’t stop. Always want to do one better.

After discovering I have more muscles than realized. I feel even more positive about my approach to managing my hEDS.

This is an all inclusive illness. It seems to affect me all over. But, I think it’s manageable. We can do it together. Work on your fascia before it stops working for you.

We finally got to meet in person. It’s always good to have a buddy. Don’t let this illness take away your desire to thrive. Life might be harder. But it’s not over.
