I am getting down to the nitty gritty. The doctor listened to me. I refused to leave without a plan. And I got one!!!

Feeling better freaked me out. I went down a deep dark hole. I couldn’t go down like that! I have to learn how to live life with this ever changing body.

Fascial restrictions are restricted no longer.

I have no more steady constant pain.
