Still moving. Losing my proper posture. But I’m up.

Moving day! My physical therapy continues.

Moving my mother in law and worrying about getting done on time. Then will have to figure out the after.

The mother in law move continues. My neck is improving. PT or not???

I have always tried to stay positive. I am now hopeful in a different way. After using my body. I am learning how to manage my limitations.

I am moving slowly but I am moving.

I got up! Stayed up! Now phone calls, bills and packing with my mother in law.
