I have been so excited to share this topic with you on the podcast: The Shadow Self.
The shadow is the term used to refer to the parts of ourselves we deem as unacceptable or unloveable based on our early childhood experiences.
If we experienced shame or pain growing up, or saw other people go through a painful or shameful time we may disown certain aspects of ourselves relating to those events and place them in our shadow. This is done in an attempt to be accepted and loved, which is the most important thing in childhood.
This Fall we are going to learn about and heal our shadow's inside the Align membership through an 8 week live course. In today's podcast episode I share more about Shadow and the live online course happening this fall. If you love personal growth, you'll definitely want to be a part of this! Check it out here.
