We all have a “black sheep” value we need to nourish... a core value that makes us unique and powerful. We are lucky today to have Brant Menswar, author, speaker and a core values and purpose guy who will make us understand and bring out the black sheep value within us.
[3:50] Why should we listen to you?
I have survived 260-day battle with my son battling cancer where I learned a lot of things and made me an expert on things that you should do with your life.
[9:21]
Even after 5 years, I’ve got to figure out what is important to me. If I knew this and said the right words then the words that I said would be different.
[10:15] Your Black Sheep Values.
Defining the black sheep values are your values that cannot be move or be changed by someone like how black sheep’s wools cannot be dyed.
[11:53] When you use your emotion to deal on a situation simply you don’t use your values to solve the problem.
What is the process?
[13:00] The idea is that there is an assessment I let people take on the website. The average person chooses 30 words on the assessment on how they would describe them and this is where the problem starts. The assessment breaks this down and boils you down to your flock of five in which we can work on.
[17:40] While the farmer does not value the black sheep, they are a marker or the first look to see the situation of the hundreds of white sheep, which is why when we lead with our black sheep values, we get other people to look at the situation which makes your unique contribution.
[20:25] A lot of people you work with does not like themselves as much. How do you know the person you don’t like is you? How can you prove this? You to start to wonder to stop caring of other people’s sheep.
[25:03] What’s God promise to the world when he made you?
“That you can change what is possible.”
Keynotes
[19:10- 19:35] “When we lead with our black sheep values, we get people’s first look and it begins the transformation”

In today’s episode, let’s find out more about strong skills from the author of the book
Shift Your Mind. Today we have Brian Levenson to talk about his book and shifting your
mindset to open possibilities and new skills for you to earn. Join us and let’s get to
know Brian Levenson on this podcast.
[8:06] Music Selection’s Effect on your performance.
Music selection that they use affects your mood and performance.
[14:17] Mindset on the sport that you love.
Dealing can do a lot of options to go through pressure. You can disassociate the pain or
discomfort to other things. Going through pressure can be another way, it depends on
how you will be able to navigate on the situation.
[21:20] Shift your mind.
We need to shift your mind; you need to work in preparation. You need to shift and
differentiate your mindset on different aspects of your life.
[23:47] Family
We have a 3-and-a-half-year-old girl and a 4-and-a-half-year-old boy. My son is gentle
sweet and already smarter than I am. While my daughter is a beast, she is independent
and headstrong. They are really great and it is the hardest job I will always have.
[31:16] What God promised to the world when he had you?
I struggle between being curious and being convicted to a problem. My job is to be
curious so I can be convicted even though things can go the wrong way.
Keynotes.
[37:00] “The worlds need more conviction and curiosity”

In today’s episode, our guests are Daniel Moscowitz and Elliot Bayev. Daniel is in sales
and has been able to create a business privately, and held $30 million in sales and B2B
sales. He has grown an eight-figure privately held company. Elliot is an individual that
has 30 plus years of experience in martial arts. He is a second-degree black belt in jiu-
jitsu. Today, we’re going to break down the concept they’ve come up with.
[8:22] How did Daniel and Elliot come together?
I run a program for entrepreneurs called mastermind BJJ. That's a private training group
just for entrepreneurs. Someone invited Daniel and throughout his first class, every
once in a while, his eyes would just light up. As we went to brunch, he would share that
so much of what I was sharing was so aligned with his sales philosophy and what he
teaches. As we kept talking, it just kind of unfolded that there was this amazing overlap,
and anyone who does that, who knows that, applies to other areas of life.
[10:32] Off shift moment
For me, it was taking an element of actual training and bringing it into my sales. That
was a shift for me.
[12:24] We mapped out the system that the whole structure is based on a four-step
process designed to help you win jujitsu competitions. There's a synergy that I didn't
expect.
[13:37] Part of the book that will help people
You could sell to somebody and have an engagement of sales that actually leaves them
better off than when you found them. There is this mud that is thrown on salespeople
oftentimes. People use sales to sell to people stuff they don’t need
[14:42] Jiu-Jitsu is all about not hurting people You can choose to hurt somebody if you
need to, but you can win without ever hurting somebody. That’s what really attracted me
to it. When you go through the whole book as a whole system, it's really designed
around increasing your conversion rates without ever doing in a slimy or sleazy and
really not being able to hurt anybody while doing it.
[16:57] Is the book for everybody?
Whether you're a solopreneur, you have a small sales team or a large sales team. This
book is going to show you what steps to take to close people. It's designed as a system
of a cursive system that plays upon itself.
[18:54] The reason to start a school in the first place was to position myself so I can
make this difference. It’s been wonderful to kind of meet Daniel who's very strong on the
practical side and this book definitely wouldn't have come together without him.
[19:56] What was the thing that led you to trust to attach your name to a product
together?
We took some time, it was a slow conversation and I think there are always reasons to
not do something. There's always the fear, but I think what matters most is the
aspiration and this vision. I saw his passion for sales as a way to help people. I feel the
same way about jujitsu and about getting these messages out into the world. Taking
your time getting to know someone and really understanding their philosophy and their
goals is the key. As Daniel said, the editing of this book was over a year. Even prior to
that, it was many conversations that led us to even start dictating the book and through
knowing a few mutual people, there's a sense of trust that was built.
[23:04] Can anybody be a salesman?
I've never met an introvert that's a good salesperson. I think you need to have a love of
people. And you need to want to be a really good listener and the other stuff you can
learn.
[26:13] Envisioning the impact of the book on people
We know right away that if business owners, directors, sales managers take this and
implement it with their teams, they're going to immediately see increases, 10 to 20% on
their closing rates with their existing traffic.
Key Quotes:
[13:35-13:37] “You can sell to people without ever hurting them.”
Today’s guest is Brad Lambert, who has been a consultant to many behind-the-scenes players. He went to LA, helping his team market a lot of different studios from Warner’s Brothers to Universal. This guy has been part of the Avengers Endgame with Sony pictures. This guy got a wealth of experience and knowledge. Today, he is going to share with us how he was able to be successful in his business right now.
[6:13] Why should we listen to you?
I’m all heart and all passion. No BS.
[7:00] Where do these come from?
My mom had such a massive impact on my life. Leading with kindness and being authentic. Things could always be worse. I try to lend a helping hand and impact people as much as I can in a positive way. Not only is that important from a value standpoint of impacting the world in a positive way but also it allows you to build these unbelievable relationships.
[9:50] How do you take this stuff to the world?
Passion has a lot to do with that. If you are passionate about something, whatever obstacles, adversity that may be put in front of you, it sn’t necessarily going to slow you down.
[13:52] I’ve always been a very creative business guy. Not too good at one thing but good at lot of different things. It goes back to trying to provide as much value as possible in as many areas as possible.
[15:09] What brings you to LA?
It was movie esque. It goes back to living the way I live which is authentic, genuine, living with kindness, and just surrounding myself with people who I admire and inspired me. I connect with people who I resonate with. I was able to connect with someone and they opened the door for me and I would not be here without them. It’s so important to just be kind to everybody.
[22:00] What are you sharing from these experiences in your life?
Speak from the heart. Live with kindness. Provide value and build genuine relationships that impact your personal life and your business.
[28:25] People are busy. An outrageous number of people text and call them. It’s all timing. Catch them with the phone in their hands.
[30:15] What promise did God make to the world when He created you?
Someone who is there for you on your side, genuinely and authentically. Someone who is going to lead with kindness and will try to make the world a better place.
Key Quotes:
[14:19-14:30] “You don’t have to be the expert every single time. It could be a little bit of value that takes you a long way. Just don’t be afraid to offer that value.”

In today's episode, we’ll recap the conversations, thoughts, and events from these last 100 episodes. Let’s unpack the realizations and reflections from this podcast.
[1:56] Take action on an idea
Taking action is the most important part of any idea. This could scare or excite you! Some “magical” feeling is associated with taking action on the idea.
[4:09] When you started out on this path, you couldn’t picture or anticipate the result. It could have been exaggerated or minimized compared to reality.
[6:41] Think about a time you took action on an idea. That idea gained momentum. Get SOMETHING done!
[9:26] Relationships and Connections
Your greatest joy comes from your community.
[11:09] Relationships are the most significant part of why you do anything. Relationships hold access to your joy.
[12:47] Don’t judge a book by its cover
Spend time asking more questions of people.
[14:47] If you judge a book by its cover, thinking a person is unintelligent, unhappy, or has no value to give, you will miss out on life.
[15:34] Consistency
There's a level of confidence and pride in doing something repetitively over time when you don't feel confident.
[17:25] Consistency taught me how to manage my life.
Key Quotes:
[8:07-8:13] “Every single thing I’ve ever attempted in my life that I’ve been happy to accomplish, always turned out to be far better than I could have imagined.”
[9:05-9:08] “Life is an amazing teacher, but you must live it to learn.”
[18:55-19:07] “If you don’t find efficiency or effectiveness within your life structure, you’ll get a situation where you lack the ability to be consistent. You literally burn out.”
