May I be safe from inner and outer harm.
May I be healthy and strong.
May I be happy and content.
May I live with ease and well-being.
May whatever blocks my heart be dissolved.
May I know joy and freedom.
May I have food, shelter and good care.
May I be free from animosity and hatred.
May I know peace.
May I be a good friend to myself.
