Welcome back to the book club series. Where I take a look at a book i've been reading recently. Give you some key insights and tell you who i'd recommend read it! This weeks book is Kiss That Frog by Brian Tracy, a great book with some simple methods on managing negative emotions and situations.
Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a theory in psychology proposed by Abraham Maslow in his 1943 paper "A Theory of Human Motivation" in Psychological Review. There is little scientific basis to the theory: Maslow himself noted this criticism. But it can be interesting to look at it as a framework for working out what is important to you.
