Bodyworks Gym offers a 16,500 sq.ft. state-of-the-art exercise facility that is under new management and has recently undergone major renovations and remodeling.

Membership provides full use of the facility including a 3,000 sq.ft. weight room that offers both free weights and a complete circuit of Paramount selectorized equipment; a onetime free initial machine orientation is included; a 1,300 sq.ft. cardio room with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, steppers and more; a 2,000 sq.ft. aerobic room offering a wide variety of group exercise classes, one of which is the ever popular Zumba.

And finally, we have 3 tournament racquetball courts, and an indoor 3-lane lap pool offering water exercise classes as well.

Take advantage of one of our 3 newly remodeled tanning beds from High Desert Sun Tanning. They offer two stand-up beds and one lay-down for those that would like to take "a nap" while getting their tan.

Bodyworks also offers a wide range of the latest nutrional supplements at our Pro Shop. If we don't have it, members can always prepay and we will order the product for them. Our staff is educated on the best products available, and can answer any question you may have about supplements and nutrition.

And finally, Bodyworks also offers Massage Therapy and personal training. All of our trainers are certified and highly qualified in their field and can help answer any questions and/or set up a personalized fitness routine that will meet the needs of the member.

BODYWORKS is located in Show Low, Arizona. From the intersection of Deuce of Clubs (US Route 60) and White Mountain Rd (Az Route 260), travel south approximately 3.6 miles. BODYWORKS is on the west (left) side of the highway.
