Ah, vacation. That magical time of year where we all get a chance to escape from the daily grinds of our jobs and take a much-needed breather. Nicole, like many of us, is looking forward to some time away from the hustle and bustle. But as she reflects, she wrestles with some of the nuances and mindset going into the vacation and the impact it might have on her team. She realizes that she’s not as stressed though as she should be.
