In this episode I sit down with a truly beautiful human Sue Karzis. Sue was appointed as the very first CEO of State Schools Relief which is a Victorian based organisation that helps disadvantaged school children and their families with material needs. 

Sue opens up about her completely unplanned journey of becoming a CEO and why it's so important to always put your values first with your work and what you do. 

Sue is honestly one of the most truly humble people I've met, and her message is one of inspiration, and that a title is just a title and that it's the person who brings the capabilities and even vulnerabilities to a role, and it's ok to not know everything as our purpose here is to learn.

In this weeks episode, I sit down with the very successful Cameron McLeod. Cameron grew up bullied in high school and expelled by Year 10, but he went on to run his own very successful optical business, that saw him living life in the fast lane and working super hard to achieve all the material wealth. However Cam and his wife were hit very hard when they realised that having their own children was not going to be a part of their life journey. 

We so rarely get to hear the devastation of this from the man's perspective, so I sat down with Cam where he graciously opened up about how hard this realisation has been for him and his wife.
