This week Babs covers how she's feeling after the holidays and welcomes her guest, comedian and writer Ify Nwadiwe, to discuss his trek into dry January. Heads up, there's a lot of talk about nutrition and fitness on this episode as Ify is mostly taking a month off to cut down on his calories and refocus on fitness goals.
