Back In A Flash

Bette San Succi (Kelly Frye) comes to Central City, and she's certainly an explosive talent. In this week's podcast we talk about her, as well as the Iris/Barry relationship and how Barry's powers are developing. Plus, our first glimpse of Gorilla Grodd! This week we're talking about the fourth episode of The Flash, which featured the biggest Flash villain yet! Leonard Snart (AKA Captain Cold) was magnificently played by Prison Break alum Wentworth Miller. Arrow's Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) also came over to Central City for a week as well to give us a much-needed follow-up to the romance between her and Barry, and to give the STAR Labs team a well-deserved lecture in teamwork. P.S. Yup. Already done trying to name all our podcast episodes based on the name of the episode. Did it twice, but it just didn't really work this time. Deal with it. ;-) You can chat with us via Twitter @FlashFanatics or Facebook.com/FlashFanatics.

This week we saw The Flash face off against The Mist as supporting character backgrounds are fleshed out, providing all kinds of intrigue and sympathy. The villain may not have been the strongest, but the show is clearly using these first few episodes to flesh out the recurring characters. Also, we're expecting a dramatic shift next week when Captain Cold comes to the show (played by Wentworth Miller of Prison Break) along with fan favorite Emily Bett Rickards (Felicity from Arrow). In this week's episode, "Fastest Man Alive", we saw Barry and the team at STAR Labs face off against Multiplex, the duplicating man. We talk about that episode, as well as the DC Movie announcements that were made this morning, in this week's installment of Back in a Flash! And you can chat with us via Twitter @FlashFanatics or Facebook.com/FlashFanatics.

As if the premiere wasn't enough of a treat, we have a very special follow-up interview with the man who played Clyde Mardon himself, Chad Rook! Chad joins us this week to talk about his experiences filming the pilot episode of The Flash, and how it compared to some of the other shows he has worked on. You can follow Chad on Twitter @ChadRook. And you can chat with us via Twitter @FlashFanatics or Facebook.com/FlashFanatics.
