NCAA March Madness is down to the Final Four: Gonzaga vs. UCLA and Houston vs. Baylor. The NBA Buyout market yielded Andre Drummond landing with the Los Angeles Lakers, Lamarcus Aldridge signing with the Brooklyn Nets and Jeff Teague ending up with the Milwaukee Bucks. The NFL approved a 17th game this week moving the playoffs and super bowl out one week. Major League Baseball opening day is April 1st. The Milwaukee Brewers open with the Minnesota Twins at American Field Park.

The NBA held its annual All Star game in Atlanta, GA this past Sunday night. Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) were at the forefront on the evening. The All Star weekend activities were compressed into one evening including the Skills Challenge, 3 Point Contest, Slam Dunk Contest and the game itself. LeBron posted on his socials the new deal between Nike and Florida A&M University in 2021. This is a game changer for sure. The NFL Franchise Tag deadline happened this week. Dak Prescott was paid by the Dallas Cowboys. The Basketball Hall of Fame named Finalists that we had to discuss who we felt may get the nod this year.
